”Corona PCR test (saliva )"

This hospital is a “new coronavirus test certification organization” certified by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.

The test results are

・Send to your mobile phone by short message

・After that, send the inspection report by regular mail (shipped by the day after the inspection）

Medical certificate (negative certificate: English or Japanese) can be issued.
Medical certificate issuance fee: 3,000 yen per copy (3,300 yen including tax).

At the first visit, we will make a copy of the official documents for identity verification (driver’s license, My Number card surface, health insurance card, passport).

Please do not gargle, eat or drink, or brush your teeth at least 30 minutes before the test.

（１）Normal PCR test（Available until 16:00 on weekdays and Saturdays）

Examination / examination implementation / judgment fee : 15,000yen (16,500 yen including tax)

Results will be reported in the morning of the next day. It may be delayed if re-examination is required.

 

(2)Rapid PCR test(results will be notified within 8 hours after the test: Weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays can be examined until 16:00)

Weekdays / Saturday 18,000 yen (19,800 yen including tax)

Sundays and holidays 21,000 yen (23,100 yen including tax)

Results will be notified within 8 hours after the inspection. It may be delayed if re-examination is required.

 

(3)Limited express PCR test (results will be notified within 3 hours and 30 minutes after the test: weekdays / Saturdays + Sundays / holidays can be examined until 19:00)

Examination / examination / examination implementation / judgment fee:

Weekdays / Saturdays 21,000 yen (23,100 yen including tax)

Sundays and holidays 24,000 yen (26,400 yen including tax)

Results will be notified within 3 hours and 30 minutes after the inspection. It may be delayed if re-examination is required.

　　
　　

Negative certificate issuance fee for overseas travel (English) 3,000 yen (3,300 yen including tax).

It can be issued immediately after the inspection result is confirmed. It will be sent as a PDF to the specified email address.

Please confirm with the examinee the necessary items or the overseas travel negative certificate (requirements differ depending on the place of travel).
